Login Issues
If you're having trouble logging in:
- Check that your email and password are correct
- Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try using a different browser or device
Booking Problems
If you can't complete a booking:
- Ensure the time slot is still available
- Check that your payment method is valid and up to date
- Verify you meet any booking requirements (membership, etc.)
- Try refreshing the page and attempting the booking again
Payment Issues
If your payment isn't processing:
- Verify your card details are entered correctly
- Check that your card hasn't expired
- Ensure you have sufficient funds or credit available
- Contact your bank if the issue persists
